Refund policy

All workshops are refundable up to a certain percentage leading up to the in person workshop.  100% refundable 30 days prior to the event.

No returns on equipment, equipment accessories, or raw materials.  Clay can be returned only in original box unused 14 days after purchase.  No refunds or exchanges on clay that's date is 1 year past the make date.  No returns on glaze that is not liked after firing.  We want you to be happy but ceramics is an experiment and materials change frequently.  Testing is important in order to be successful in the making process. r
